Test before washing

We recommend testing the colour fastness of your items before washing them to prevent colours from bleeding in the water.
To do this, moisten an inside seam, wait a minute or two and blot with a white cotton cloth.

If a colour appears, be careful when washing.

Washing

By hand:
Fill a basin with water at room temperature (neither too hot nor too cold)
Add Eucalan (5 ml for 4L of lukewarm water)
Leave to soak for at least 15 minutes
Gently squeeze the fabric by hand to soak it in the soapy water.
No need to rinse
Remove the item from the water and gently squeeze out excess water (do not twist)
Then follow the drying instructions

Machine wash:

Add 5ml of Eucalan to 4L of lukewarm water. Stop the machine before rinsing and remove the garments. Squeeze gently by hand. Leave to soak for 30 minutes. Skip the rinse cycle and spin out the water.
In front loading machines, select rinse and spin or delicate cycle, cold water. Add 5ml of Eucalan to the drawer. Place the items and start the cycle.
As each machine is different, these are general recommendations only.

Drying

Dry all items away from direct heat and sunlight

Lay knitted items flat on a clean, dry towel. Roll the garment in a towel to remove excess moisture. Leave to dry flat on a clothes horse or clean towel
